Technical Translator Intern Dutch

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Through our internship program, you will work with our dedicated translation team and learn the best practices and tools for producing high quality translations. You will also have the opportunity to work with other departments and technical teams, gaining valuable insights into the power management industry and Eaton's products and solutions.
 
Your Key Deliverables:

• Translate technical specifications and data for our website from English to Dutch
• Manage terminology
• Implement the feedback received by our technical proofreaders
• Create translation memories

Working hours: Monday to Friday, at least 25-30 hours of work per week
Workterm: Long-term

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Confident spoken and written English and Dutch (strong, fluent, active language skills)
• Commitment of 20-25 hours per week
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Pays attention to details
• Able to handle complexibility

• Business background/degree is an advantage

• Under the new regulation, young people (under the age of 25) will not be paying the 15% personal income tax in Hungary starting from 2022.
• Young people can take advantage of the income tax benefit until the month they reach the age of 25.
• If the gross salary is higher than HUF 576, 601 we will have to deduct the 15% personal income tax from the salary.
