Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Packaging Specialist to lead the development of customized packaging solutions, including displays, shelf-ready packaging, legal stickers, and special packs. In this role, you will oversee the entire package development process—from concept to execution—while collaborating with various internal teams and external suppliers. Your focus will be on driving strategic objectives that enhance customer service, flexibility, responsiveness, cost-efficiency, resource utilization, and sustainability. You will maintain and enhance existing packaging processes to keep us at the forefront of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supplier to create new and safe packaging solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives related to packaging in partnership with suppliers.
  • Key user for production standard creation tools.
  • Identify and implement executional enhancements based on observations from the customization center.
  • Research and propose sustainable packaging solutions to reduce environmental impact in ongoing projects.
  • Monitor and own key technical packaging process metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate in both Hungarian and English.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • Adaptability: A positive attitude towards challenges and changes, with a willingness to embrace new ideas.
