Responsibilities

  • Cooperate closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners in the team and learn all about recruitment
  • Contact candidates and kick off the recruitment process
  • Engage and search talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Profession, job boards and career fairs
  • Be the ambassador of the company by conducting screening interviews
  • Write detailed and accurate notes from candidate prescreening interviews to ensure seamless communication among the recruitment team and hiring managers
  • Be part of innovative recruitment projects like Employer branding, developing interview materials and improving the candidate’s experience

Requirements

  • Preferred background: Ongoing university studies in Hungary - Minimum 1 more year with student status
  • Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
  • Attitude: Confident, great communication skills, proactive attitude, creativity
