Talent Acquisition Specialist - German Speaking | Hybrid / Remote

• What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - from job briefing to offer stage - ensuring a smooth, professional candidate experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct competency-based assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates to deliver a positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Use HR systems (e.g., Workday) to manage workflows and keep data accurate.
  • Collaborate on internal talent initiatives like succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and processes.

• What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, OR 5+ years in another HR-related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive, energetic approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using HR systems and tools.
