Sourcing Recruiter French Speaking

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners to understand the requirements of each open role
• Source & screen for the best talent & find the best and most creative channels for that
• Support the on-site team by bringing best candidate for the open positions
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Provide a reasoning report from the market, in case you or your team are not able to find enough candidates for the open positions
• Work on a variety of roles. Such as; Scientists, field services, engineers, maintenance support, technology..

What we would like you to have:

• A minimum C1 of English and French is must
• Experience in recruitment is a big plus but highly motivated candidates with corporate environment experience are also welcome.
• Essential to have good stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills
• Good at taking responsibilities and work independently
• Competitive and enjoys hunting the best talent
• Being autonomous, proactive, self confident and do not afraid to ask questions
