Building a completely new division from scratch.
Exploring new markets and actively acquiring new clients and partners: Ensuring an active, proactive market presence abroad, primarily in Europe, acquiring new customers, and building a strong business network.
Frequent international travel to maintain direct relationships with clients.
Preparing quotations and contracts: Compiling offers and developing contractual terms to achieve optimal business results.
Participating in negotiations and client meetings.
Implementing sales plans and achieving performance targets: Actively contributing to the development of the annual sales plan and ensuring its execution by tracking weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
Establishing a stable client base within Europe.
Bachelor's or higher degree.
At least 5 years of sales experience in solar sales.
Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a "hunter" mindset.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently.
Strong market knowledge and networking skills to identify new partners and create business opportunities.
Willingness to travel within Europe to secure successful projects.
Valid Category B driver's license.
