Site Manager

Site Manager is the representative from manufacturing dept on behalf of Huawei business to manage EMS factory, is the contact person between Huawei and EMS supplier's factory and also in charge of the onsite supporting team who work in EMS factory. The main responsibility is as below,

1. Manage the on-site supporting team including quality，planning，engineering，warehouse and logistics employees, lead the operation management of EMS factory, conduct the daily, weekly, and monthly meeting between Huawei on-site team and the supplier factory team.
2. Responsible for the quality, delivery, cost & efficiency of EMS factory performance, and drive the resolution of issues (including issues that Huawei inputs to EMS).
3. Organize on-site team and internal resource to help EMS factory improve manufacturing capabilities, and implement lean production and total quality management.
4. Implement business continuity management requirements in EMS, monitor EMS supply continuity risks, report and handle them in a timely manner (such as financial risk and employee group incident).

Connect the manufacturing process specifications to EMS factory. Be responsible for the consistency of inventory account and goods of Huawei assets in EMS (like equipment, raw materials, and FG).

• Bachelor degree or above in quality, engineering or factory/project management
• More than 5 years working experience in electronics manufacture
• Good written and verbal communications in English
• System knowledge like ISO9001, ISO28000
• Lean knowledge and six sigma qualification
• Good office software skills, able to prepare and present PPT report
• Communication skills: Have good language skills, including English communication skills and logical thinking skills.
• Factory management capability: Be familiar with the manufacturing process and contents of 5S, operation compliance, safety and quality management，factory performance improvement,
• Collaboration capability: Collaborate with planning team to improve forecast accuracy and optimal material storage. Collaborate with order team to improve order balance and clean input. Collaborate with logistic team to improve the visibility and timeliness of IB and OB. Collaborate with the CEG to specify the commercial operation regulations and improve the cooperation willingness and service capabilities of suppliers. Collaborate with on-site team to solve all kinds of abnormal problems in production operation in time to improve the stability of manufacturing system.
