As an Inbound Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and driving your team toward performance goals. Your role will be crucial in managing the inbound logistics process, including receiving and storing goods while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring smooth operations and team efficiency
  • Monitor and optimize inbound processes, tracking key performance metrics and implementing improvements
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance workflows, foster innovation, and ensure seamless collaboration
  • Train, develop, and motivate your team, creating a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company values, safety regulations, and operational procedures

Expectation:

  • Experience in warehouse operations and inbound logistics
  • Analytical mindset – quick decision-making based on data and situational assessment
  • Problem-solving skills – ability to resolve conflicts and unclear situations fairly
  • Customer-focused approach – ensuring processes support high customer satisfaction
  • Advanced technical proficiency, familiarity with PDA systems is an advantage
