Our international law firm partner is looking to extend their team with a Sharepoint Administrator/Application support colleague.
Responsibilities:
- Sharepoint administration and support (online and onpremise)
- Implement and optimize DMS to streamline and enhance document management processes.
- You will be the primary point of contact for Applications (Citrix workspace, Sharepoint, DMS)
- Work closely with the IT Office to support Application and SharePoint-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure that Applications, SharePoint environments and DMS systems comply with organizational and regulatory security standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SharePoint administration and application portfolio management
- Strong proficiency with Document Management tools
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments on administration level and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in application support and troubleshooting within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
