- Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers within the design community.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition.
- Prepare and present regular hiring and recruitment overviews and reports for management.

- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
