• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
  • Contribute to global recruitment projects, enhancing employer branding and attracting diverse talent.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers within the design community.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition.
  • Prepare and present regular hiring and recruitment overviews and reports for management.

Elvárások:

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices is a plus.
  • Advanced English language skills are a must.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
