We are looking for a proactive and results-driven recruitment professional to support our partner's end-to-end hiring activities and help attract top talent in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche financial roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment expertise.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, including passive talent.

  • Conduct candidate screening and provide hiring recommendations.

  • Deliver regular hiring analytics and stakeholder updates.

  • Support university relations and job fairs in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, for engineering, finance and IT roles.

  • Experience in a manufacturing company, experience in agency is a plus

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems or other recruitment software (Workday preferred.)

  • Experience partnering with multiple business leaders and executives to fill critical roles.

  • Handle high volume of matters while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
