• Inventory management and ensuring continuous quality of stock

• Optimizing procurement costs to strengthen company efficiency

• Close cooperation with the warehouse to ensure accurate and efficient operations

• Conducting market analysis: Monitoring procurement trends and market prices to identify the best procurement opportunities

• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and searching for new suppliers, conducting negotiations to achieve the best business conditions

• Preparing, executing, and reviewing supplier contracts to ensure compliance with company requirements and legal regulations

• Continuously evaluating supplier performance and initiating corrective actions when necessary

• Improving inventory turnover and maintaining optimal stock levels to reduce unnecessary costs

• Actively participating in creating procurement strategies to achieve the company’s long-term goals

• Organizing and analyzing procurement data and preparing reports for management to support decision-making
