Performing payroll and social security activities at a higher professional level and supporting the work of the Payroll Specialist
Ensuring compliance with the law in the course of work processes
Handling confidential information ensuring that the company interests are not jeopardized
Responsibilities
Processing monthly payroll, including benefits, sick leave payment and taxes to all employees, maintaining timesheet compliance consistent with corresponding laws
Supporting employee questions, mainly related to sickness and maternity cases.
Distributing and collecting tax related forms and extra holidays form for child(ren)
Having knowledge about both typical and rare or not typical social security processes and capable of doing the related tasks
Updating payroll system with leave days
Checking the certification from previous employer
Calculating the different type of sick leave according to the law, as well as checking and collecting sick leave certificates
Sick leave days registration and calculation based on Social Security Laws
Collecting the necessary documents and forms for maternity leave - Maternity leave days registration and calculation based on Social Security Laws
Reporting of new joiners and resigned associates to Tax office
Reporting of sick leave after work contract termination to Tax office
Monthly validation of Social Security Books for non-Hungarian associates and monthly report to Social Security Office
Following, learning and applying the new laws regarding Tax, Social Security, Labor Code, Family Support
Giving advice to the Stakeholders regarding payroll or social security related question in advanced level
Representing the company at Government Authorities
Objective requirements related to the job
Economist degree or equivalent is preferred
Social Security administrator certificate (TB ügyintéző végzettség) is a must
8-10 years of experience in similar role (out of which minimum 5 years of experience with Social Security processes)
Actively participated in at least one Social Security audit
Payroll system (Nexon) high level user and openness to learning to use another payroll related program
Advanced knowledge in ANYK
Participated in internal/official TAX audit (advantage)
