Responsibilities

  • Keep EHS compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant EHS legal / regulatory requirements and with EHS policy and performance requirements.
  • Implement the EHS corrective action to achieve zero accident and drive zero accident culture. 
  • Identify and improve the occupational health in the factory to meet the occupational standards and regulations to protect employees’ health. 
  • Assist to risk assessment and improvement to reduce site safety risk.
  • Responsible to implement, maintenance EHS system(Inc.:ISO14001、OHSAS45001、work safety standardization)to comply with relevant national regulation and BYD global ‘s EHS standards. 
  • Assist to maintain and implement EHS policies, procedures, and management program.
  • Organize and coordinate fire prevention/ fire protection training including emergency evacuation drill, do site re-check and make sure all the firefighting system are good status. 
  • Plan and carry out EHS training for staff and operators , to enhance employees’ EHS sense. 
  • Responsible to plan and organize weekly/monthly regular EHS audit, inspections and follow up to improve the non-conformities, stop safety violations. 
  • Ensure that regular inspections and risk assessments are carried out/recorded/ completed. 
  • Responsible for subcontractor and supplier site safety management program (training/hot work/contractor operations application approved/site supervise), to ensure that line management and any on-site contractors/visitors are aware of risks and control arrangements. 
  • Responsible for special equipment’s Safety management and supervision and Special operation site audit, supervision and inspection ,make them can work well/backup. 
  • Ensure that concerns are reported to EHS leader in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accidents and near misses are investigated. 
  • Responsible for security management to keep security service meet company's requirement. 
  • Other work assigned by Supervisor. 

Requirements

1.Undergraduate or above, safety / environmental/Automotive and other majors. 
2.Language requirements: English and Hungarian, preferably Chinese.
Capable of working experiences in EHS area, Priority given to those with work experience in European mechanical manufacturing factories. 
3.Experience in EHS system management (ISO14000/OHSAS45001), familiar with new equipment installation of safety management.
4.Quality requirements:
•Initiative, sustainable learning and flexibility to manage unexpected situations. 
•High energy, ability to work in team. 
•Good resistance to stress and influencing skills. 
•Result oriented.

  • Advanced Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills.
