Research and evaluate various recruitment channels, including online job platforms, campus recruitment, and social media
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to diversify recruitment channels
Ensure alignment and coordination between recruitment processes and company’s strategy
Handle local recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including labor laws and equal opportunity policies
Coordinate international recruitment activities, including communication with partners and recruitment agencies
Develop and promote the company's employer brand to enhance its visibility in the recruitment market
Manage employee engagement and employee-focused activities to improve employer reputation
Build a talent pool for various functions in cooperation with the HR digitization team
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience of high volume corporate or agency recruiting
Recruitment experience ideally in the construction, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement sector including full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
Fluent in Hungarian and English both written and spoken
