Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate various recruitment channels, including online job platforms, campus recruitment, and social media
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to diversify recruitment channels
  • Ensure alignment and coordination between recruitment processes and company’s strategy
  • Handle local recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including labor laws and equal opportunity policies
  • Coordinate international recruitment activities, including communication with partners and recruitment agencies
  • Develop and promote the company's employer brand to enhance its visibility in the recruitment market
  • Manage employee engagement and employee-focused activities to improve employer reputation
  • Build a talent pool for various functions in cooperation with the HR digitization team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of high volume corporate or agency recruiting
  • Recruitment experience ideally in the construction, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement sector including full-cycle recruiting and employer branding
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English both written and spoken
