Project Engineer

Our partner company has recently secured a prestigious new Korean client. We are looking for an engineer who is confident in navigating Korean business culture, speaks Korean and English fluently, and can bridge Hungarian engineering expertise with Korean expectations.

Feladatok:

• Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) projects between Korean and Hungarian teams

• Develop, optimize, and stabilize manufacturing technologies and processes

• Review, localize, and prepare technical documentation for production

• Create detailed work and process instructions for manufacturing

• Develop quality-improving and efficiency-enhancing solutions

• Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide fast, practical solutions

• Create and implement preventive and corrective procedures

• Maintain continuous technical communication with the Korean client and participate in meetings

• Contribute to complex, international, multi-stakeholder projects
