Production IT Specialist (m/w/d)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- First line IT support for production lines and for office users
- Software and Hardware issues handling in client and server side
- Participating for local (and central) technical and application development
- Local workflows support with different IT departments
- Supporting local IT department for ISO/audit preparation
- Supporting server (virtual) and local IT infrastructure (switch/router/FW)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed middle or high school
- 2 years professionial expierience
- IT workflows, technologies and applications knowledge
- Practical knowledge of the IT systems maintenance
- Experience in user rights controlling
- Excellent knowlede of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
- Virtual servers and basic network knowledge in the field of LAN, WAN, WLAN, Active Directory, DHCP, ARP, TCP/IP, MAC
- Good written and spoken English and/or German skills
- Analytical thinking and affinity for new technologies
