Responsibilities

  • Regular duties are, but not limited to:
  • PO Management: Assist in creating, tracking, and updating purchase orders (POs) in procurement systems.
  • Vendor Master Record Management: Help maintain and update supplier records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Invoice Block Resolution: Support resolution of blocked invoices by collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Catalog & Contract Management: Assist in maintaining supplier catalogs and contract documentation.
  • Sourcing & Tender Support: Assist in preparing sourcing materials (RFQs/RFPs) and evaluating supplier responses.
  • Savings Reporting: Support capturing and reporting cost savings through procurement activities.
  • Data Analytics: Perform data analysis and create reports/dashboards to track procurement metrics and performance.
  • Business Administration: Provide administrative support to the procurement team and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams like strategic sourcing, payables, finance, legal, and logistics to ensure procurement alignment.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support: Assist with procurement-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ariba Supplier Network Enablement: Aid in onboarding and supporting suppliers on the Ariba network for smooth transactions.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quality driven approach
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide best possible service while following the required business processes
  • Fluency in English + German / Italian/ French or Spanish

What we offer

  • Hourly rate: 2100 HUF – fluent French , 2000 HUF – fluent German / Italian/ Spanish
  • Office presence: hybrid = remote (home office) & 2-3 days / week in the office
