We're looking for an experienced payroll professional to lead and support our payroll team. In this role, you'll oversee payroll operations, ensure payroll tax compliance, maintain accurate employee data, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll expertise, solid tax knowledge, and a passion for developing people and delivering high-quality payroll services.

Feladatok

  • Lead and oversee international payroll operations (8-10 people)

  • Supervise, coach, and support the payroll team

  • Ensure payroll tax compliance and manage audits

  • Maintain accurate payroll and employee tax records

  • Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders

  • Drive process improvements and resolve complex payroll issues

Elvárások

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance field

  • Strong international payroll knowledge with 5–7 years’ experience

  • Fluent German is a must, with a strong preference for English and Hungarian

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems (Workday, Kronos, Celergo, Horizon)

  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking

  • Ability to create/maintain payroll controls

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
