We are looking for a Payroll Lead for our client who provides services in 23 countries across Europe and Asia and it is still significantly growing.
- leading a team of 5 people
- collaborating with the external payroll vendor
- working with the Global Payroll on the service delivery model
- resolving any arising issue and providing corrective action
- working with the Payroll Operation Excellence team to build a modern, end-to-end payroll process
- developing global payroll key performance indicator
- ensuring payroll data integrity across integrated HR and payroll systems
- identifying and fixing any errors
- designing and implementing a framework for payroll documentation
- building payroll policies, practices and controls
- monitoring compliance of country regulations to meet payroll and tax obligations
Elvárások / Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in global payroll
- fluent English is a must (any additional language skill is an advantage)
- Workday or any related HR systems
- full proficiency in Excel
- strong understanding of core payroll management and processes
- leadership experience
- good communication skills
- proactivity, hands-on mentality
