Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up and configuring IT equipment for employees.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Support employees with IT-related requests, including online meeting setups.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on-site for any IT concerns.
  • Provide tenants with basic IT support, such as network access or using meeting room technology.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to diagnose and resolve network issues, offering on-site assistance and detailed problem reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential IT challenges before they become critical.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Understanding of IT hardware and software configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to assist employees effectively.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Knowledge of mobile device administration.
