For our Slovak and Hungarian affiliates, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager based in Bratislava or Budapest who will play a key role in implementing innovation and change in travel. We will be happy to show you what your role will look like:
You will closely cooperate with international teams within Invia Group (DE, CZ, PL), directly report to the CEO SK / HU and in addition to the Head of Center of Excellence for retention and the Group CMO.
You will take over a small team in SK and HU. This structure will allow you to effectively manage, motivate and develop the team towards the achievement of the set goals.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of the tools and activities we use aimed at increasing our business success and brand value.

Let's summarize your tasks for better clarity:
Strategic management of the marketing department: Proactive review and implementation of Group marketing strategy with respect to the local market. Responsibility for planning, developing and achieving the set objectives.
Performance and results tracking: Monitoring and evaluating marketing impact according to the set KPIs. Working closely together with stakeholders to improve KPIs along the funnel and identifying scaling opportunities (e.g. Sales, Tech). Conducting tests to validate the hypothesis for optimizing performance based on different content and design of the creatives.
Analysis and development:
Analyzing competitors and reports together with the BI team to find opportunities for growth. Working on customer segmentation strategies and how to best connect them to our sales channels.
Process Management:
Responsibility for assigned tasks and setting processes across the team. Implementation of new procedures, including any tools that increase efficiency.
Innovation and collaboration:
Execution of customer retention, brand engagement, and loyalty-building activities locally, guided by global strategies and supported by the Head of Center of Excellence for retention and brand. Managing SEO execution, being responsible for partnerships and direct cooperation with your local brand manager. Identifying new channels for lead acquisition and scaling them up.
Team management and motivation:
Effective and inspiring team management including team evaluation, motivation, recruitment and development of skills to move them forward.
Who we are looking for:
Leader and motivator: You have a growth mindset that allows you to take full ownership and lead teams to achieve great results and continuous improvement.
Visionary: You design local strategies, make decisions based on advanced data analysis and communicate everything effectively to the whole team. Fluent English is therefore necessary, as well as either Slovak/ Czech or Hungarian.
Goal-oriented professional: You are solution-oriented and able to achieve set business goals. You have a successful track record of executing, measuring, and delivering digital marketing performance metrics.
Strong personality with experience: You can build and manage strong cooperations and partnerships at all levels of business and represent the company professionally. You have experience in Digital Marketing, especially in the field of SEO and Retention Marketing, ideally from e-commerce or other fast-growing industries. Orientation in the field of Travel Industry and PPC is an advantage.
