Manufacturing controller

• Perform cost calculation and manufacturing variance analysis (material, price, and efficiency variances)
• Prepare production plan vs. actual reports and monitor KPIs
• Compare BOM data with actual consumption and analyze the root causes of variances
• Review and validate SAP data related to production, MRP processes, and master data
• Develop manufacturing reports and dashboards, and support process optimization
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and finance teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing controlling
• Experience in cost calculation and variance analysis
• Knowledge of SAP (understanding of MRP processes is an advantage)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Proactive working style with strong organizational and communication skills
• Business-level English proficiency 

• Power BI knowledge
• Understanding of SAP system integrations
