Junior Reconciliation Analyst

• What You'll Be Doing

  In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping financial operations accurate, balanced, and compliant. Your work will ensure that cash movements, invoices, and outstanding items are properly tracked and resolved.

  Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and resolving complex financial balance issues
  • Investigating discrepancies, identifying risks, and escalating when needed
  • Managing cash collection and allocation activities
  • Communicating regularly with external partners regarding payments, invoices, and documentation
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Preparing recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
  • Supporting audits and performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs)
  • Working closely with multiple internal teams across finance and operations
  • Keeping process documentation up to date and supporting business-as-usual continuity

• What We're Looking For

  You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in an international or shared-service environment (advantage)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Solid IT skills, including intermediate MS Office knowledge
