• Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Strategic sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies using direct search, networking, and market research.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate management: Screen and assess applicants, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Process compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices in recruitment.
  • Market insights: Provide competitive intelligence on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.

Elvárások:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment (either agency or in-house).
  • Proven ability to manage senior and niche technical hires.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
  • Knowledge of complex compensation structures and market trends.
  • Prior experience in a large multinational or financial institution is an advantage.
