- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end payroll activities across various regions
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to payroll team members
- Monitor payroll quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
- Manage complex payroll cases and resolve operational escalations
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and external service providers
- Maintain payroll controls and ensure adherence to internal procedures
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives

Elvárások / Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in payroll operations within an international environment
- Previous team coordination or people management experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll controls, taxation concepts, and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
