  • HR Data related data maintenance
  • Support the annually report cycle
  • Data entry/data processing in Workday
  • Reporting
  • Running data quality checks
  • Support cross system data reconciliations
  • Communicate with stakeholders
  • Administrative tasks


  • The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
  • Ongoing studies
  • Fluent English knowledge both verbal & written
  • Knowledge of Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
  • Accuracy, monotony tolerance

Working hours

  • Be able to invest at least 20-30 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
  • 6 month-long development opportunity
