HR specialista

• Employee file management： real-time update of employee information, ensuring that employee information is true and valid
• Employee contract management： drafting of contracts, extension of contracts and termination of contracts
• Employee entry and exit management： entry material inspection, entry of personal files
• Employee training
• Familiar with Hungarian local labor laws, contact person for labor inspection departments
• Employee attendance management, statistics of employee working hours, calculation of employee salaries, you are the first contact person for external payroll office
• Supporting foreign employees with personal visas and employment matters
• Daily office work
• 20 hours weekly

• Bachelor degree or above in HR, or training in related fields
• 3-5 years of working experience in HR field, logistics and automobile fields are preferred
• Conversational knowledge of English AND/OR German in writing and orally
• Precise, precise work, good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Problem solving, coordination skills, independent work
