Feladat:

If you want to try out yourself in HR and learn how an international company is working join our team! The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational HR support in Budapest across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding preparation, employee documentation, managing employee queries, payroll coordination, employer branding activities, and offboarding, ensuring consistent and high-quality employee experience.

Your Key Deliverables:

Manage core HR administration across the employee lifecycle:

• Prepare onboarding materials and documentation.
• Issue employment-related documents and certificates.
• Respond to employee queries (e.g. health insurance, certificates, relocation, open roles communication).
• Maintain contact with payroll advisors on administrative topics.
• Support employer branding activities (e.g. ordering gifts).
• Manage offboarding documentation and ensure timely distribution to leavers.

Feltétel:

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) 
• Native Hungarian 
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Problem solving mindset
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong attention to details
• Proactivity and reliability

• Business studies background is an advantage
