Responsibilities
- Create job descriptions to attract suitable candidates and be responsible for candidate screening and interviewing processes.
- Identify competency needs and development opportunities in cooperation with management and department heads
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
- Design training programs, mentorship initiatives, and career guidance to help employees reach their full potential.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement in cooperation with department heads.
- Advise leadership on talent development and contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategy.
- Promote the company’s culture and values through employee development initiatives.
- Draft new HR policies in line with organizational goals, industry trends, and labour laws or regulations.
- Responsible for updating the company’s GDPR portal and make inspections to ensure that company policies are followed
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as HR Administrator and/or HR Coordinator
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent English language knowledge
