Responsibilities
- Localisation of global policies
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Recruitment (advertising, interviewing, onboarding)
- Organisation of staff trainings
- Performance evaluation and talent management
- Participate in international HR projects
Requirements
- 3-4 years in HR role preferably in a multinational environment
- At least intermediate English (written and oral)
- Fluent Hungarian
- Be willing to work in a dynamic international environment
- Detail oriented and willing to work under pressure
- Flexibility in a changing environment
