HR Advisor Trainee Italian / German / French-speaking

Our partner is looking for a student to join their team as an HR Advisor Trainee, supporting colleagues in an international HR contact center environment. This is a 3-month fixed-term opportunity with an immediate start, offering valuable experience in a multinational company.

• Handling HR-related inquiries from colleagues
• Providing first-level HR support via contact center channels
• Managing and documenting HR requests in internal systems
• Ensuring accurate and timely case handling
• Escalating complex topics when necessary

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)
• C1 proficiency in English and fluent German/Italian/French
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Availability up to 30 hours per week

• Gross hourly wage: 2400 HUF
• International SSC environment
