As Global Process Lead for Non-GxP Documentation Management within our Business Operations organization, you'll drive standardization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in documentation management practices across all of Sanofi. Ready to get started?
Join our dynamic team where you'll oversee all categories of Non-GxP documentation (Global Operating Procedures, Working Instructions, Training Materials, Knowledge Articles), bring clarity on their governance, and ensure consistency in their strategies. You'll be instrumental in defining, implementing, and optimizing processes related to the creation, management, control, and storage of documentation as part of the Simple to Operate initiative. This position is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of document management to foster operational efficiency and adherence, contributing significantly to our company's success and global impact.

Strategy & Framework Development: Ensure consistent strategies across all Non-GxP documentation categories. Establish and own the Core Model for principles and non-GxP Documentation Management. Define processes for creating, managing, reviewing, and storing documentation. Ensure compliance with the documentation standardized framework. Monitor and report to leadership on framework adherence.
Team Leadership: Lead the Simple to Operate initiative. Lead the Non-GxP documentation Centre of Expertise team (4 headcount). Ensure proper document management within QualiPSO.
Project Management: Coordinate implementation projects for the Simple to Operate framework. Manage document workflows and ensure timely completion of reviews.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with leadership to align framework with Sanofi's strategic goals. Communicate with GPOs, GROs Communities and Governance. Facilitate governance meetings to ensure adoption across the organization.
People Development: Supervise and develop a team of professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Evaluate team performance and develop talent.
