Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
To support Sales Support and Data Management related activities. To resolve Process related queries, complaints and questions verbally and in writing in accordance with the actual process regulatory and process specific guidelines provided by our Partners, and within SLA targets and within other business given targets and deadlines. To own the day-to-day problem/ incident and data management processes. To ensure that problems are identified proactively, and incidents are acknowledged. To resolve cases within SLA targets, using escalation management and problem-solving techniques, communicating result and handling objections accordingly.
To provide customer and technical support, working closely with other support teams, in order to provide an outstanding managed service to Customers and Sales, demonstrating a Sales Enablement mindset.
