Provide overall governance of demand management, to ensure the quality of end to end demand management process. Liaise between customers and the solution groups. Act as the single point of contact until the end of the demand lifecycle. Track and push the approval of the demands and the solution of the customer requests. Investigate standard solutions and potential external solutions. Manage customer demand projects fully or partially and make status reports to the Steering Committee.
