Fulfillment Center Manager

The Fulfillment Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within the distribution center, ensuring efficient order processing and on-time shipment to customers.

You will lead and manage the daily operations of our state-of-the-art facility. You will ensure high-quality and efficient processing of orders and materials through your team, optimizing workflows, managing inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with logistic partners. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse operations to drive continuous improvement and leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance our fulfillment capabilities.

• Proven experience (min. 3 years) in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a fulfillment environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and IT literate.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong inclination towards process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule that may extend beyond standard hours.
