- Order management for small accounts
- Return processing in SAP
- Price adjustments in orders
- Stock availability check to inform dealers
- General inquiries from clients
- Report creation requested on demand by line manager
- Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed
- Help with process improvement activities
<h3>Elvárások:</h3>
- Active or passive student status
- Advanced English knowledge
- French language knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of customer care skills
- A high level of communication skills
<h3>Munkaidő:</h3>
- Working hours on weekdays (between 09:00-17:00)
- Availability to work 25 hours per week with possibility to more if needed and agreed
