  • Order management for small accounts
  • Return processing in SAP
  • Price adjustments in orders
  • Stock availability check to inform dealers
  • General inquiries from clients
  • Report creation requested on demand by line manager
  • Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed
  • Help with process improvement activities
<h3>Elvárások:</h3>
  • Active or passive student status
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • French language knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of customer care skills
  • A high level of communication skills
<h3>Munkaidő:</h3>
  • Working hours on weekdays (between 09:00-17:00)
  • Availability to work 25 hours per week with possibility to more if needed and agreed
