In this role, you will help new joiners feel confident, welcomed, and prepared for success — while operating as a subcontractor supporting the regional onboarding team.

Tasks:

  • Deliver a smooth, positive, and engaging onboarding experience for new employee
  • Act as the main point of contact for both new hires and hiring managers
  • Coordinate access, equipment, workstations, IT tools, and necessary permissions
  • Prepare contracts, documentation, and handle onboarding-related administration
  • Introduce benefits packages and support new joiners with any questions
  • Provide preboarding support and ensure clear communication ahead of Day 1
  • Lead orientation sessions and introductory cultural or process training
  • Track onboarding progress, conduct follow-ups, and ensure seamless integration
  • Collect feedback from new hires and managers to improve the onboarding journey
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, managers, and global onboarding teams
  • All responsibilities will be performed in a SUBCONTRACTOR capacity, providing professional external support for the European onboarding function.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (HR, recruitment, coordination, customer service or assistant roles are all suitable)
  • Fluent English AND French are mandatory for this role, as you will work closely with international stakeholders and support new joiners across multiple regions
  • Assistant background is also a strong match if organizational skills are excellent
  • Confident communicator with a people-first mindset
  • Proactive, supportive attitude and consistent work pace
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability
  • Team-oriented and collaborative working style

Advantages:

  • Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or German
  • Experience with global or large-scale onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with AI tools, Power Automate, or Power BI
