- Manage AR portfolio with tailored follow-up strategies, including payment reminders, root cause analysis
- Negotiate payment schedules, handle disputes
- Work closely with treasury and collection teams, maintain process documentation
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, service levels, and policies while delivering high-quality written customer service and stakeholder communication

- Minimum 2 years in cash collection or customer service; university degree or equivalent in accounting/business; professional accountancy qualification is a plus.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-starting attitude; strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
