Financial Reporting & Automation Analyst

• What you will do

  • Develop, maintain and improve financial reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
  • Prepare and structure financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reports
  • Support the automation of repetitive finance tasks using Power Automate or advanced Excel
  • Analyse finance processes and identify opportunities for simplification or standardisation
  • Work closely with Controlling, Reporting, PtP, OtC and Working Capital teams
  • Translate finance/business needs into clear, structured inputs for IT/BI colleagues
  • Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including report rationalisation and data clean‑up
  • Participate in system testing, improvements, and adoption of new reporting tools

• What helps you succeed

  • 3-5 years experience in Finance, Reporting, Controlling or SSC finance
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, AX, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or Power Query (willingness to grow further is key)
  • Advantage: some exposure to simple automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
  • Ability to understand finance processes and communicate effectively with finance teams
  • Analytical, structured mindset and interest in optimisation
  • Confident English communication skills
