The Role: Finance Manager

As a key leader within the regional Financial Controller team, you won't just manage numbers—you’ll manage the integrity of the growth of our client. You will oversee a dedicated Management Accounts team, ensuring the financial control environment is robust, efficient, and ready for scale.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a high-performing team while providing training and mentorship to junior members to support their professional development.

• Own the month-end close process, including P&L close, Gross Margin reviews, and FX revaluations.

• Lead projects to continuously improve the control environment and drive operational efficiency.

• Review and post journals, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure 100% alignment with Group accounting policies.

• Provide critical data for Budget and Reforecast processes, including detailed cost base reviews and cash flow forecasting.

• Build strong relationships across the global business and act as the bridge to the Group Accounting team for audit, tax, and local filings.

We are looking for a qualified leader who balances technical precision with people-first management.

• Qualified Accountant with strong management accounting experience.

• You have business language fluency in English.

• You have a proven track record in management accounting and a demonstrable ability to lead and develop individuals.

• You have deep experience in P2P and O2C cycles and feel at home navigating complex balance sheet reconciliations.

• You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and can build trust with stakeholders at all levels.

• You are proactive in identifying discrepancies and investigating the "why" behind the numbers.
