Field Development Specialist German & English

We are seeking a bilingual Field Development Specialist, fluent in German and English and based in Hungary, to drive our market expansion initiatives in Germany and support potential growth in Hungary. In this role, you will develop local partnerships, coordinate field initiatives, and represent our innovative wellness solutions that promote anti-aging longevity through stem cell therapy and telomere science. You will play a key role in bringing our mission—providing healthy living and sustainable income for all—to life in diverse markets.
 

• Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in the German market, with potential support for initiatives in Hungary.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with local partners, distributors, and stakeholders to support field development.
• Organize and oversee field events, training sessions, and promotional activities that align with our mission and drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay market insights and customer feedback, ensuring our products meet local needs.
• Act as an ambassador for LifePharm, effectively communicating our values of healthy living, innovative regenerative wellness, and community empowerment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Current residency in Hungary.
• Proven experience in field development, business development, or a related role—preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within target markets as needed.

• Familiarity with the German and Hungarian markets.
• Experience working in a startup or international business environment.
• A strong passion for regenerative wellness and an understanding of anti-aging, stem cell therapy, or telomere science.
• Prior experience in multi-level marketing (MLM) or similar network-based business models.
