Feladatok
Manage the full Facility Management operation at our client's industrial site (soft FM, hard FM, security, catering) Manage a team of 50 employees with 5 direct riports Maintain high-level, quality relationship with the Client based on cooperation and partnership Fulfil customer demands fast and in high-quality Create customer demands, sale different extra services to the client Manage changes, multiple projects, and deadlines Secure high-quality performance of subcontractors, related control Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and HSE Budget responsibility, suggesting saving initiatives, keeping track of running costs Responsible for profit including providing innovative service proposals and developments, compilation of offers Responsible for reporting and KPIs

Excellent managerial, people management and client management skills 2+ years in team management 2+ years in Facility Management Minimum BA / BSc degree English – negotiation level, Hungarian is a must Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning Project management experience Up-to-date knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Category B license Convincing, decided, assertive manner Customer-focus, service and solution orientation Innovative mentality, ownership approach, profit orientation! Excellent communication and diplomacy Business acumen, strong analytical skills and ability to see interrelations
