Join our interdisciplinary team at BMW Group Plant Debrecen and gain hands-on experience in lean production, cross-functional projects, digitalization, artificial intelligence and sustainability projects. What Awaits You?
•Lean Management: Support the rollout and continuous improvement of the BMW Production System (VPS), including standards, methods, workshops, training materials and communication activities.
•Structural Integration Projects: Contribute to cross-technology project management by preparing meetings, tracking actions, maintaining project documentation and supporting transparent coordination across the plant.
•Digitalization and AI: Help identify, structure and follow up digital and AI use cases, support pilots and applications, and contribute to data-driven solutions that create practical value for our teams.
•Data and Process Insights: Organize data and information, carry out analyses, visualize results and help turn findings into clear recommendations and next steps.
•Sustainability Topic Management: Support the coordination and monitoring of plant-wide environmental and sustainability topics, including research, reporting, target tracking, documentation and preparation of management information.
•Workshops and Communication: Assist with the preparation, facilitation and follow-up of workshops and team events, and create clear presentations and communication materials.
•International Collaboration: Work with colleagues from different functions and cultures across Plant Debrecen and the BMW Production Network, using English and Hungarian in your daily work.

What You Should Bring Along:
•Ongoing university studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, Data Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or a comparable field.
•Curiosity about lean production, project management, digitalization, AI and environmental topics; you do not need to be an expert in all of them.
•Confidence using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization, no-code – low-code programming, collaboration tools is an advantage.
•A structured, reliable and proactive way of working, with an eye for detail and a willingness to take ownership.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international environment.
•Fluent Hungarianor English, both spoken and written.
•Availability of approximately 25–30 hours per week, arranged flexibly around your studies.
