Are you passionate about Human Resources and ready to gain hands-on experience in an international airlines environment? Join our HR team at Lufthansa Group Business Services and explore the full employee lifecycle across 25 countries.
During your 6-month internship, you will get practical insights into the full employee lifecycle, collaborate with international colleagues and business partners, and contribute to operational HR activities as well as process improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will support our Eastern Europe HR team with a variety of operational and administrative tasks, including:
• Support HR colleagues in daily administrative tasks and employee-related processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle: from recruitment to offboarding
• Involvement in clarification of HR Policies and Processes
• Run your own regional projects
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation and internal databases
• Assist in operational HR activities and support special projects and initiatives, particularly in the areas of process improvement and digitalization. Collaborate and communicate with international colleagues and business partners
• Prepare presentations and support internal communication activities
Your Profile
Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? You should bring:
•Enrolled student for the entire duration of the internship (proof of enrollment and mandatory internship must be provided) or currently in a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s studies
• Field of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, Political Science, Psychology, or a related discipline
•Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
• Fluent English language skill, German/Czech/Polish/Russian/Ukrainian are advantages
• Interest in HR processes, international collaboration and continuous improvement
• Strong soft skills — communicative, open-minded, team-oriented, and collaborative mindset
• Curious and eager to learn, reliable and responsible
• Initial HR experience is a plus, but not required
