Based on long term relationship with customer, acts as first point of contact at order management, quotation preparations and invoicing
Lead and review operational performance with the cross functions
Monitors customer satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with sales management team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Understands the key priorities of the customer to support account management and sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts.
Represents the company to the selected customer and the customer to the company in all sales related activities.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers
Support the Aviation Commercial Team with analytics, reports
Work together with sales team to maximise efficiency and profitability
Support the job of Aviation Sales Director and the Operations Manager
National and International travel related task as booking, insurance, PO, payment owner
Participate in the development of new logistic processes
Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree of economics
5+ years of prior experience in customers service or customer related field
Strong verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated analytical skills
Assumes personal responsibility for actions
Demonstrates strong team player capabilities
Customer focused mindset
