We are seeking for a

Business Development Senior Manager

with a proven ability to explore and evaluate growth opportunities, create strategic partnerships, and drive innovation.

 

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong expertise in B2C financial products and a track record of leading transformative B2C business development projects. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, builds relationships effortlessly, and is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and leading feasibility assessment of new B2C business opportunities in consumer lending, insurance, and other financial products,
  • building and expanding networks of external partners to create and implement new B2C business models that address customer needs and market demands on the financial service market,
  • taking ownership of strategic, end-to-end transactional and business development B2C initiatives, providing transactional capabilities and delivering cutting-edge solutions that align with business objectives,
  • establishing and nurture relationships with key advisors, stakeholders, and partners connected to the above mentioned business objectives,
  • overseeing the analysis, implementation, testing, and monitoring of projects to ensure seamless delivery and measurable outcomes connected to the above mentioned business objectives,
  • playing a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of business innovation across the organization, inspiring creative thinking and continuous improvement in all initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus),
  • 8+ years of experience in B2C business development, strategic partnerships, or innovation-focused roles, ideally within the financial services sector (e.g., consumer lending, insurance, fintech),
  • proven track record of leading end-to-end B2C business development projects,
  • experience in identifying and establishing relationships with external partners (e.g., technology providers, financial institutions, or other stakeholders),
  • strong understanding of B2C financial products (e.g., consumer lending, insurance, fintech solutions) and market trends,
  • knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance in financial services,
  • skilled in negotiation and influencing across different levels of an organization,
  • strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, perform feasibility studies, and drive data-based decisions,
  • solid stakeholder management skills,
  • strong leadership capabilities to inspire and lead matrix teams and drive change,
  • fluency in English and Hungarian,
  • prepared for occasional international business trips.
