Application Provisioning Administrator

• Access Management: Provision and manage user access across business apps, ensuring full compliance and security.

• Request Handling: Process ServiceNow/OneForm requests following strict security guidelines.

• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L2 support for escalated access issues and resolve complex technical hurdles.

• Compliance & Audit: Monitor access, perform regular reviews, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

• Collaboration: Work with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate provisioning.

• Process Improvement: Optimize workflows to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve efficiency.

• Reporting: Track key metrics, including SLA adherence and request volumes.

• Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent) and 2+ years in access management or provisioning.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows security, enterprise access controls, and SOX compliance.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.

• Execution: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.

• Technical Extras: Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or VB).

Preferred:

• Global Exposure: Experience working within a global IT environment.

• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new applications and thrive in changing environments.
