5G MPN Product Manager

Your role in a nutshell:

This role will be responsible for developing a market leading and disruptive 5G MPN Campus products across all segments in Vodafone Germany in alignment with Vodafone Group. Leveraging skills and capabilities to drive commercial performance and world leading products, this role requires proven experience working effectively with a wide range of senior stakeholders across Technology, Networks, Marketing, GTM, Finance, Commercial & Operations as well as the Product Management and Network Engineering teams in Group. This role will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback and requirements to ensure that we are regularly delivering value in the customer experience of our MPN portfolio.

• Define and develop the 5G MPN Campus product strategy, roadmap and customer proposition working with lead customers, Sales and the Business Development team, to prioritize requirements and ensure our roadmap is aligned with customer and market requirements 
• Central contact for all topics around the 5G MPN Campus products
• Working with technology/delivery teams, create a comprehensive strategic plan, and feature requirements list. Create alignment with global teams. 
• Together with Finance, Sales and Technology teams build the business case for development of new initiatives and obtain executive buy in 
• Create Go-to-Market plans together with Go-to-Market team and work with sales channels to ensure plans are executed successfully, including clear articulation of offering’s USP and positioning, sales collateral, etc. 
• Track commercial performance to ensure the success of the offering and drive continuous improvement

• You have in-depth knowledge of the (German) telecoms market 
• Excellent language skills - Knowledge of German (C1) 
• Close to local customer & sales requirements and insights 
• Strategic, creative and innovative thinking, with the ability to present the vision and commercial benefits to internal and external audiences 
• Strong commercial thinking  
• Able to lead a team by painting a north star vision and driving execution against that vision 
• Agile product development (PO) and delivery experience (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) and qualifications 
• Highly analytical with strong communication & presentation skills and high quality awareness
