Trainer

Are you passionate about helping new employees succeed from day one?
We’re looking for a dedicated Trainer to support and guide new hires through their first steps in the company, focusing on blue-collar positions.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver engaging and clear onboarding sessions for new blue-collar employees.
• Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and onboarding guides.
• Ensure that all new hires are familiar with company policies, health & safety protocols, and role-specific requirements.
• Conduct practical, hands-on training for job-specific tasks.
• Provide ongoing support to new employees during their initial period to ensure a smooth transition.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with HR and operations teams to align training with business needs.

• Experience in training or onboarding, preferably in a blue-collar environment (manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Patient, approachable, and motivational attitude.
• Good understanding of health & safety standards and operational procedures.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).
